Who do we help?
We help people who are seeking finance to purchase residential property, either for themselves to live in or as an investment property.
We help people find finance to purchase houses, flats, apartments, sections and life-style blocks.
What do we offer?
We come to you, and offer a confidential and free service, sourcing loan finance to purchase property.
We can supply information on all aspects of the lending process, including loan structure, current interest rates, fees, insurances and we are able to recommend other support services, such as solicitors and registered valuers.
What do we do?
We help you obtain the best lending solution for your situation. We listen to your ideas and plans and work with them to piece together loan applications to a wide selection of lending providers to bring about the best lending solution for you.
How do we do it?
We apply for the agreed amount of finance in accordance with your authority, to the ‘chosen’ lender or lenders.
We complete and support your application with your relevant financial information. This is securely held by us under The Privacy Act 1993, and disclosed to lending companies during the loan approval process.
What kind of finance do we help with?
We help with either ‘pre-approved’ finance – to allow you the freedom to look within your price range for a suitable property; or ‘formal’ finance – when you have a signed Sale and Purchase Agreement and have agreed on price.
Our service to you is free!
The wide range of lenders we use are confident in our ability to put ‘loan’ proposals together for them to approve. When a loan has been drawn down with them, they pay a commission to us. That means we can provide you a ‘free’ service.
Depending on the various aspects of the loan, on many occasions we are also able to negotiate further monetary contributions towards legal costs, for your benefit.
